Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and product availability.

Custom Orders: Made-to-order pieces may require 6–8 weeks for production.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your region and order weight.

You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Packed in original or equivalent packaging

To initiate a return, contact returns@lavehome.com with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the item has been received and inspected. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
